Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by SimChi Network LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 748 High Road, London, IG3 8SX ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services, you ("the Client") agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide IT support, software development, digital services, and IT consulting as described on our website and in individual service proposals. The exact scope of work for each engagement will be confirmed in a written proposal or service agreement.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
For monthly subscription plans, payment is taken on the same date each month.
Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.
We accept payment via Stripe, bank transfer, credit/debit card, and direct debit.

4. Cancellation Policy

Monthly plans: You may cancel with 30 days' written notice. No refund will be issued for the current billing period.
Project work: You may cancel a project before work has commenced for a full refund. If work has begun, you will be charged for work completed to date.
We reserve the right to cancel a service if payment is not received within 30 days of the due date.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 14 days of payment if work has not commenced.
Once work has commenced, refunds will be calculated based on work not yet completed.
No refund is available for completed work that has been delivered and accepted.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property created during a project remains the property of the Client upon full payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
